MARCH 15,16,17th, 2013 FINAL DEADLINE: Monday February 25, 2013 FOR MORE INFORMATION AND/OR AN APPLICATION SEND AN EMAIL TO: PHOTO@PHOTOALLIANCE.ORG Entry Procedure and Requirements: • Calendar: Feb. 25th - Entry cut-off date Feb 22nd - Photographers notified on a rolling basis March 15-17 - Portfolio Review in San Francisco • Acceptance: Registration is a TWO-STEP process. 1- Submit a $40.00 non-refundable entry fee. Upload your image submission via Dropbox. 2- Sixty photographers will be selected from these submissions for the weekend review. An additional $575.00 payment is then required for final participation if selected. EARLY SUBMISSIONS ENCOURAGED. We will be reviewing on an ongoing basis, so enter early! To Pay application fee: Look above to the main menu bar and click on "COLLECTOR PRINTS" the first item will be an application ticket. AFTER WE RECEIVE YOUR APPLICATION FEE: You will receive an email from us with an invite from Dropbox where you can upload your submission files. To Prepare Your Image Files: Files should be in JPEG format. Image size need be no larger than 2MB or: Horizontal - 8 inches Vertical - 8 inches Resolution 150 pixels/inch. Name the Files: Lastname_Firstname_imagenumber.jpg Submit an accompanying sheet with a list of name, title, date, medium, and dimension of each piece. • Selection: A panel of jurors will be pre-screening all of the entries. 60 photographers will be selected for the weekend portfolio review.
